“Through the process of double/triple exposures, I captured what I saw around the city. I really focused on the materiality of the urbanization of a big metropolis city like Chicago ( stickers, Graffiti, Posters ) . As someone who grew up in a relatively small town the textures and the degradation of man man-made products and the overlapping of natural markings of weather and wear to the vandalism and sticker bombing the surface created unintentional textures that were compelling and that when overlapped with another image creates compelling and intriguing compositions.”
